Singer Featherweight 222K Sewing Machine

This beautiful 222K is in good condition for its age, but the removable bed does have some some pin scratches and scissor nicks in the surface lacquer consistent with being used. The plated parts are all clean and bright without any tarnishing. The gold decals are in very good condition with just perhaps the slighest traces of some thinning along the very front edge of the bed.

The machine works perfectly in all respects and has been recently serviced. The rubber mounting feet (bed cushions) are in excellent condition as they were recently replaced.

The machine is fitted with a very quiet Singer CAK7 motor for 220-240v European electrical supply. For use in USA / Canada etc. it will be necessary to purchase a small 110V convertor (minimum 100W) which are readily available quite cheaply.

The machine has a set of original accessories and tools as pictured. These include the chrome embroidery hoop and also the special embroidery foot #171071. The original paper user's manual is complete but with several loose pages.

The case is in very good condition and is complete with its key.
